Villa Royal Apartments is located in Kalimanjska Street number 18, in a quiet area of Tivat, a few meetrs away from the beach. These luxury apartments are well equipped with fully functioning kitchen appliances, super comfortable italian matresses and super large beds, as well as personal terraces. The property has its private beach, where guests can relax and utilize sun-loungers and sun-umbrellas free of charge, during the entirety of their stay. The long-term experience of the hosts in tourism is a guarantee that you will be satisfied with your vacation in our property. 

We offer 6 deluxe one-bedroom apartments with a terrace and 2 deluxe one-bedroom apartments without a terrace. The interior exudes elegance, offers all the necessary furniture and wireless internet is available in every apartment. Parking is provided and the host can even arrange transportation from / to the Airport Tivat which is only 2 km away.

There is also a jacuzzi on the rooftop of our property where you can relax while watching the sunset and the Boka Bay, one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Jacuzzi usage is free of charge, you only need to schedule it ahead of time.
